Millwrights Local 102 Mentoring Program

You are invited to participate in this program designed to both help your career and also to assure that the legacy of Local 102 Millwrights continues into the future. 

​

Each year, one of the modules in the USB Journeyman: Building Leadership for a Strong Future classes is held in the Carpenters Internal Training Center in Las Vegas covers Coaching and Mentoring.

​

Embracing this idea, Millwrights Local 102 offers monthly Mentoring Classes for you tailored to the issues we face as Union Millwrights on the West Coast. 

​

Our Millwrights Local 102 Mentoring Program covers the following areas:

 - Working with Personalities

 - Professionalism

 - Building Trust

 - Communication

 - Coaching and Mentoring

 - Identifying Leaders

​

The list goes on. We will also be discussing active listening, interacting with contractors and customers, understanding union agreements, and working with other crafts. 

​

This is a one year program split into 12 individual classes. You can take a class every month, or you can take one class at a time as your work schedule permits.
